Peter Coffman
Peter Coffman鈥痠s an听Associate Professor听in the听School for Studies in Art and Culture.听Since starting at 杏吧原创, he has made efforts to explore the听history, meaning and social significance of the built environment, and how it both reflects and shapes human circumstances.听At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic,听Peter found himself unprepared with only poorly recorded versions of lectures that had been designed for classroom delivery. As a result of his determination to create a quality online course for his students Peter created two asynchronous courses听for his students utilizing a听combination听of听material听such as听lectures,听podcasts, weekly discussion forms and other asynchronous engagement tools.听
In recognition of听his dedication, Peter听is听a听chosen recipient of the 2021听Excellence in Blended and Online Teaching Award听for听his听exceptional impact on student learning in an online environment.听
