At the outset of the COVID-19 pandemic, TLS established a new series鈥攍ed by instructors and for instructors鈥攅ntitled Welcome to My Online Classroom (WTMOC). The idea was to provide a collegial space in which instructors could share practices and ideas for online teaching that worked (and didn鈥檛 work) for them. Contributors to the project created brief summary videos that have been shared with the community and hosted synchronous online workshops.
Thank you to all of the wonderful, creative and insightful instructors who contributed to this initiative, and who, in the process, helped (quite literally) hundreds of their colleagues in their transition to online teaching.
