Undergraduate Students

  • Summer Term

Undergraduate students in the summer term are charged fees according to the number of billing hours they take. Each course you dropÌýbefore the financial withdrawal deadlineÌýwill result in a fee adjustment.

  • Fall/Winter Term

Undergraduate students in the fall and winter terms are assessed fees based on the number of billing hours taken per term. At 2.0 billing hours per term, students are charged a flat rate for their program. Subsequent courses above 2.0 billing hours will not result in additional tuition fees. Students who withdraw from 2.5 billing hours to 2.0 billing hours, evenÌýbefore the financialÌýwithdrawal deadline, will not receive a fee adjustment. There will only be a fee adjustment when students withdraw below 2.0 billing hours.

Students admitted to their program as full-time will be charged the flat rate for the duration of their program no matter how many billing hours they are registered in. Changes to program status or withdrawal must be requested through their department and prior to the financialÌýwithdrawal deadline.
