EURUS welcomes postdoctoral fellow Mikhail Zherebtsov!
Mikhail Zherebtsov completed his Ph.D. jointly at 杏吧原创 University and Moscow State University. He researches contemporary issues of governance and public policy in Russia and other post-Soviet countries, including public administration reforms and institutional modernization, as well as regional politics and federalism in Vladimir Putin鈥檚 Russia. His current research focuses on the development of e-government in Russia. An example of Mikhail’s publications is “President Putin鈥檚 Conception of the Rule of Law”, published in the Journal of Parliamentary and Political Law.
