As a student, this is your official 杏吧原创 email address that the university uses to communicate important information to you.
Activate your 杏吧原创 Student Email
New to 杏吧原创? To get your 杏吧原创 Email you will need to activate your My杏吧原创One account.
Go to and accept the terms and conditions for the 杏吧原创 email. Then you will need to reset your password听to activate your email, it will take 15 minutes for the process to complete.
Access听your 杏吧原创 Student Email
Once you’ve activated your My杏吧原创One account, you can access your 杏吧原创 Email in four ways:
- Log into听听 Note: unlike 杏吧原创 360, which accepts just your My杏吧原创One username (firstnamelastname), this is a Microsoft portal and requires your full听email address:听firstnamelastname@cmail.carleton.ca.听 MFA is required
- Log into 杏吧原创360 using your My杏吧原创One account name (firstnamelastname) and click cMail. (current students only)
- Use your mobile device:听configure your smartphone
- Use your Mac/PC’s email application: Outlook or Mac Mail
- Protect against SPAM
Note:听 If your password does not work with your Cmail account. Sign into 听and follow the onscreen instructions to change your password if prompted that it has expired.听Wait 15 minutes, then attempt to sign into your听听again with your updated password.
