Living History: Performing the Past
David Dean’s chapter “Living History: Performing the Past” has just been published in the edited by Serge Noiret, Mark Tebeau, and Gerben Zaagsma (De Gruyter, 2022). Earlier this month he and third-year undergraduate Andrea Pulgarin Villamil co-authored an article for the public history blog journal In it Andrea reflects on her experience working with David in strategizing how to teach public history and performance during the pandemic, thanks to Ӱԭ’s Students as Partners Program.
