Editing Continues for HIST 4302 Documentary Students
With the assistance of Instructor Michael Ostroff and the dedicated staff of the Media Production Centre, students in this year’s HIST 4302 – Making Documentary History – have been busy editing their documentary entitled “Prosser – Portrait of a Small Town”. This promising new film will examine the value of a small town photographer in Gananoque from the 1930s to the 1970s. Featuring inhabitants of the town, along with Professor Carol Payne of ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´’s Art History Department, the documentary will be premiering soon at the in Gananoque.
The production team behind this undergraduate student-led film includes History students Christine Smith and André Bourbeau along with Journalism students Heather Keary and Carly Picket. Below are some images of their editing work in progress.
