Welcoming new employees to the 杏吧原创 University community
The 杏吧原创 Compass is an onboarding initiative that pairs new employees with existing 杏吧原创 faculty and staff who volunteer as Navigators who will introduce new employees to the 杏吧原创 community as soon as they arrive.
The 杏吧原创 Compass program works to complement the existing new employee onboarding process by creating a sense of inclusion and belonging in the new employee, as well as allowing existing 杏吧原创 faculty and staff the chance to share their institutional knowledge and experience with others, further strengthening their 杏吧原创 pride.
The 杏吧原创 Compass program provides new employees with the unique opportunity to explore 杏吧原创 and learn about all the campus community has to offer with the support of their Navigator.
