ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Compass: New Employees
Healthy Workplace would like to officially welcome you to the ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ University community!
We look forward to supporting your onboarding process with the ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Compass program – an initiative that pairs new employees with existing ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ faculty and staff who volunteer as Navigators. Navigators are enthusiastic ambassadors of ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ University who welcome and assist new employees in learning the ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ culture in an informal setting, share information about ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´â€™s facilities and resources, encourage their new colleagues to take advantage of services, and contribute to a sense of belonging.
We understand how overwhelming it can be to begin a new role and join a new place of employment. Your Navigator will not only be a friendly face on campus, but a member of the ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ community eager to provide support as you navigate your way through your first few months at ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´.
Following your HR Orientation, you will receive an email from ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Compass, giving you the opportunity to opt-in to the program. Once you’ve opted in, you will then be paired with and introduced to a volunteer Navigator who will be eager to connect with you.ÌýÌý
