FAQ
General Information
-
From Jun. 30 to Oct. 15, 2026, the Task Force for Community Healing, Rebuilding and Belonging (CHRB) held a consultation process to engage the 杏吧原创 community in identifying and assessing situations, practices, perceptions, and processes that support and those who undermine collegiality, safety and belonging for all members of the 杏吧原创 University community and what we can do collectively to address them and build a truly inclusive 杏吧原创. This included experiences across teaching, learning, research and creative activity, and extracurricular life.
-
There were three ways to provide feedback during the listening phase.
- Participate in a consultation session (similar to a focus group).
- Send feedback via email.
- Submit anonymous feedback through the online consultation form.
-
Participants could respond to invitations to participate from their units, or visit the listening phase webpage, identify whether they are a faculty, staff, instructor or a student, and select the appropriate session.
-
Each session had a maximum of 25 participants to ensure effective group discussions and engagement.
-
There were different types of sessions:
- General Sessions: Available to any member of the 杏吧原创 community.
- Focused Sessions: Available to those who identify with specific groups.
- Invite-Only Sessions: The Task Force reached out directly through units.
