Students at the School of Social Work and other programs within ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´ University have access to Subject Specialists at the MacOdrum Library – An invaluable resource. Have a look at the  and .  Some subjects have guides specifically for Graduate Students.  Both the Subject and Course guides will list the best sources for your research on a given topic.  These include  for journal articles, finding other academic material, grey literature, citation, government information, statistics, and information on research methods and theory, literature reviews and publishing your research and so forth.

Online Help for students within the School of Social Work is available to you by contacting Margaret McLoed by email at margaret.mcleod@carleton.ca.  She can assist you with search strategies for using the Library databases, suggestions for which databases would work best for your topic, citation assistance, help with grey literature, government information, etc. We can meet over Zoom if the questions you have are complex.  Contact another research support specialist like me for all your research needs.
