Returning Student Checklist

The school year is about to begin, and there are a few things left to do before you begin your classes. This checklist will help you get ready.
Registration Checklist for Returning Undergraduate Students

. Under the Registration menu, confirm your status, year level and ensure you have no holds that may prevent registration. Contact the Registrar鈥檚 Office if you have any questions.

To ensure that your funding is in place for the beginning of the school year, we recommend you apply no later than June 30. Visit the Awards Office website for more information

All you need to know about registration is on this site. Familiarize yourself with this information before registration begins. You will also find a selection of 鈥淗ow To鈥 videos throughout the site to help you with your registration.

If you want to change your Program Elements for the fall session, you must by June 1. Please note that the Change of Program Elements Form will be closed during the returning student time-ticket period. To change your degree program you must by June 15.

MyAudit, , will help you plan your classes over the course of your degree program. Use the planned courses feature to help determine which classes you might want to register in to complete your degree requirements. You can also use the accompanying Academic Status Report (ASR) tool to see a snapshot of your academic progress to date. We recommend that you contact an academic advisor in the Academic Advising Center if you require assistance.

Planning your registration is an important step in order to ensure a successful registration. The timetable tool, which is available in Step 2 of Registration, will allow you to search the class schedule, add and remove courses, and resolve scheduling conflicts prior to registration.

Your time-ticket indicates when you can begin to access the registration system. Although you can continue to register any time after your time-ticket opens, we strongly encourage you to complete your registration as soon as your time-ticket begins because classes can fill up quickly.
It is also a good idea to register for both the fall and the winter at the same time to ensure you complete your timetable for the academic year.

The University sends all communication to your 杏吧原创 email account. Be sure to check your 杏吧原创 email regularly to ensure you don鈥檛 miss any important information. Instructions on how to set up, forward and configure your email on various devices are available on the ITS website.
