A fast-paced term can increase anxiety, especially when routines change or when you鈥檙e managing disability-related stressors. Feeling overwhelmed does not mean you鈥檙e falling behind鈥攊t means you鈥檙e human. Build Small, Consistent Mental Health Check鈥慖ns
You don鈥檛 need big lifestyle changes to support your mental health.
Try short, regular check-ins such as:
- Pausing between classes to reset your nervous system
- Reflecting on how your energy or mood is shifting week to week
- Scheduling brief moments of rest without guilt
These small practices can reduce emotional exhaustion and help you stay connected to how you鈥檙e really doing, especially during an accelerated term.
