I am interested in studying how personality influences resilience and well-being, particularly how traits such as conscientiousness and neuroticism relate to high-performance anxiety, perfectionism, and the processes that shape emotional regulation.
Building on my 20-year career as a Senior Army Logistics Officer, I bring a systems-based perspective to understanding how people adapt under pressure and in complex environments. I am particularly interested in connecting with other professionals and students to explore how our personality adapts in settings increasingly shaped by AI, and how these technologies may alter opportunities to practice essential human skills, such as problem-solving, conflict resolution, and authentic communication.
