Welcome to Reading for Well-Being with Dr. Pozzulo!

Reading is associated with several health benefits including improved mental health, stress reduction, and improved cognitive function. Benefits of community include improved well-being, decreased social isolation, and increased connectedness.
Each month I鈥檒l select an evidence-based book focused on a dimension of well-being, known as Professor Pozzulo鈥檚 Picks. I鈥檒l also give you my take on the book. We will use a to post book selections and reviews and communicate with each other. And if you鈥檙e reading a book that you want others to know about, you too can post about it! We will have draws for book giveaways and host book events throughout the year.
