Steven Alan Carr is Associate Professor of Communication at Indiana University — Purdue University Fort Wayne where he also serves as聽Graduate Program Director 聽and 聽Co-Director of the recent established IPFW Institute for Holocaust and Genocide Studies. 聽Professor Carr was a Post-doctoral Fellow at the Centre for Advanced Holocaust Studies at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 2002-2003 and聽is the author of聽Hollywood and Anti-Semitism: A Cultural History to World War II, New York: Cambridge UP, 2001. His current project explores the response of the American film industry to the growing public awareness of the Holocaust and received an award from the National Endowment for the Humanities in 2002.
