Telephone Services – Voicemail, Call Directory, Web Conferencing & Teleworker Service

Any extension using the following services will be unable to accept inbound calls while ITS conducts software upgrades:
- Call Directory – automated call routing (call tree)
- Mitel Web Conferencing
- Teleworker services – used by remote faculty and staff
There will also be an outage to the Voicemail service.聽 Inbound calls to extensions enrolled in that service will continue to function until the outgoing message initiates, at which point the call will be dropped.
There is no impact to outbound calls from on campus.
Full service will resume by 6:45 PM.
