As of 5:20 PM January 29 – This issue has been resolved.聽 The connection between 杏吧原创 Central and BDM is restored and all related services have resumed.
As of 2:30 PM January 29 – Users are reporting issues accessing documents through 杏吧原创 Central. 聽Access to Central itself is fully operational, however, the issue lies with the connection between Central and Banner Document Manager (BDM). 聽ITS Support is aware and working to resolve.
