Clients will experience service degradation to the following services as ITS performs software upgrades.

- Rideau Home Directories
- Degraded Radius Authentication Services
- Pinnacle Voice Billing System
Clients may also experience service degradation to the 杏吧原创 Mobile App during this timeframe.聽Despite this, there will be no impact to the Emergency Notification System (ENS).聽 If required, ENS notifications will continue to be distributed through the Mobile App.
Full services will be restored by 12:00 PM.
