As of 9:30 AM, April 10: This issue is now resolved and all affected services below are accessible once again.聽 If any additional issues are encountered, please contact the ITS Service Desk.
As of 8:00 AM, April 7:聽 ITS is aware of Authentication Errors across multiple services. We are currently working to resolve them, please check back here for updates.
Current services affected: Ventus, 杏吧原创360, MySuccess, VPN landing page, MyAudit, CourseLeaf, Concur, uAchieve, and possibly others – please report if you come across a service that isn’t listed.
