Delivery to Exchange’s “Clutter” folder has been resumed.
Impact: From March 3 to March 11, 2016, low-priority messages that would have been delivered to聽your Exchange email “Clutter” folder, were聽temporarily聽being delivered directly to your Inbox.
Normal聽delivery to of low-priority messages to your “Clutter” folder has now been resumed.

- As you ignore or delete messages, Clutter “learns” to deliver subsequent, similar messages to your Clutter folder

- Sign into Outlook Web App (OWA):聽
- At the top right聽corner of the page (gear icon), go to Settings > Options > Mail > Automatic processing > Clutter
- Check or uncheck: Separate items identified as clutter
