The introduction of a ‘dot’ in personal @carleton.ca email addresses is now complete.
Incoming email messages
Both firstname_lastname@carleton.ca and firstname.lastname@carleton.ca will be accepted for existing members of the community.聽 There is no need to alter any printed material to reflect the change (ie: business cards and publicized email addresses).
Outgoing email messages
Outgoing messages will come from the 鈥渄otted鈥� email address.聽 This will have no impact on your day to day emailing.聽 If you send emails to a LISTSERV using your 杏吧原创 email address, please visit our FAQ.
Going forward, official email addresses for new members of the community will only have the 鈥渄otted鈥� format.
