In September, members of ITS participated in Service Excellence Workshops led by the. It was an opportunity for staff to get involved on a strategic level, and to help shape our work environment in a positive way.
The initiative was officially launched in February and Cindy Taylor, associate directory of the Office of Quality Initiatives, says the goal is to build on the good work that is already happening at ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´.
“The Service Excellence Initiative will contribute to a culture of excellence, where we all apply a common standard to all the work that goes on here. It’s important that we all understand that we are here to service students, faculty, staff and the entire ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ community,” Taylor was quoted in last March’s edition of ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Now.
