FSEAP’s Guide to Living During Global Uncertainty

On Wednesday, April 15, the Province of Ontario extended the state of emergency for an additional 28 days. As we prepare ourselves for an additional month of social distancing measures, many are feeling increasingly distraught, with each person鈥檚 experience varying. We are experiencing something so unprecedented at both the macro and micro levels that it can be difficult to weed through the many different emotions and articulate what we鈥檙e feeling. While we are all in this together, our experiences and resulting feelings are very unique.

All around us the world is quickly changing and it can easily feel as though we have little to no control; this can be stress and anxiety inducing for many. In an effort to help you and your employees cope with stress relating to factors they cannot control, we have attached these guides for easy distribution at:
