The T4A information tax slip is now available online for all employees. 聽You can access your form through 杏吧原创 Central under the Tax Forms menu in the Employee Services area. 聽All external persons will have their T4A mailed to them no later than February 28th.
If you do not receive your T4A for non-employment income by March 14, 2014, please email accounts_payable@carleton.ca or call 613-520-3627.
