Equipment Loan Requests
If you are required by a program/specific course or instructor to borrow equipment from the School of Information Technology. You my put in an Equipment Loan Request with us by filling out the form linked by the button below.
Once you submit a request, we will aim to get back to you within 2-3 business days.
To be able to put in an Equipment Loan Request, you will need to be either, on-campus or be on the ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ network via the ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ VPN.
Please note that any request made is subject to approval which may depend on various factors such as availability, purpose, duration etc.
By making this request, you will also be accepting our Equipment Rental – End User License Agreement (EULA), a copy of which can be found here.
You will be required to sign in with your ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ MC1 credentials.
