The Creative Services team is a diverse group of experienced marketing and design professionals who can help tell the university’s story through effective creative strategies and techniques. Our team provides brand expertise and invaluable institutional knowledge gained from working with faculties and departments across campus.

In collaboration with our clients, we support marketing and design projects from conception through completion. Our projects ensure we continue to raise the reputation of ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´ while maintaining brand integrity, meeting Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) regulations and achieving our clients’ desired goals.

Projects can vary from a simple brochure to an integrated marketing campaign. To get started, you’ll need to complete and submit our official .

Project Timelines

Project start dates and timelines will be identified once the project scope has been determined and all supporting material (final copy and images) have been supplied. Project timelines listed below are for planning purposes and are an estimation only. Some projects may take more or less time, depending on the scope and the number of revisions.

Important to Note: The Creative Services team creates products that meet both the university’s brand standards and are AODA compliant. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure all copy provided to the design team is proofread, complete and correct, before providing approval to send the artwork to the printer. The client will be responsible for costs incurred for reprints when changes are made after approval is given to the Creative Services team to send the artwork files to The Print Shop for output. 

The estimated delivery time is for design work only; it does not include printing or mailing. Print times can vary depending on The Print Shop work schedules. Please contact The Print Shop directly for their timeline estimates and services.

Final Review

Prior to submitting a project request, please ensure the following:

• Your written copy has been proofed and approved by your key stakeholders
• Your copy is supplied in a Word document
• Your copy is provided in sentence-case
• Any images you supply for print are high-resolution (at least 300 DPI)
• For ads, please include the ad specifications
