You can download submitted form entries as a CSV file, using the following steps.

Step-by-Step

Hover over聽贵辞谤尘蝉听in the side menu and click on聽Import/Export.
Choose your form from the聽Select a Form dropdown.
颁濒颈肠办听Select All or manually select the fields you would like to be included in your file.
You can also specify a date range for your entries.
Click the Download Export File button.
This file can be opened in Excel or Numbers.

Module Four: Downloading Form Entries

Hello and welcome to Module 4 of our Advanced CMS Training. This video is part of our series on forms, and will cover exporting your form responses.

In the side menu, hover over Forms and click Import/Export.

Then, select your form from the dropdown.

You can click Select All or manually select the fields you would like to be included in your file

You can also specify a date range for your entries.

Once you’re done, click the Download Export File button.

You will be able to open your file in Excel or Numbers.

Try It Out!

This series of trainings will follow a single form from creation to downloading responses. This practice activity requires you to have already created a form. If you do not know how to do that, you can return to a聽previous training exercise.

Download your form entries as a file.
Open the file using Excel or Numbers.
