Whether you have extensive experience with the platform or are teaching with Brightspace for the first time, Teaching and Learning Services (TLS) has a variety of resources to ensure you have a successful term.
TLS Teaching with Technology Support Portal
We have launched a new聽聽to manage support requests more efficiently. Through this platform you can submit a ticket for聽,听听补苍诲听. Whether you need teaching with technology advice, technical support, or want to report a report an issue, TLS is ready to help! We anticipate enhancing the portal over the next year by incorporating additional support requests, including course consultations, cuPortfolio support, classroom orientations and equipment loans.
What鈥檚 New with Brightspace?
Brightspace is updated around the first or second week of each month, with no system down time. This monthly update process is called Continuous Delivery and allows for new features, security updates and bug fixes to be applied seamlessly to the LMS. 杏吧原创 is on the Wave 3 update schedule and you can visit the聽聽to see when the next update to the system will occur.
Each month, we鈥檒l identify the latest LMS changes and provide a short summary of the impact of the change for users on our聽What鈥檚 New with Brightspace?聽support page. We鈥檒l share tips about how to use the latest features and provide reminders about where to get help and training.
Brightspace training and support website
We continue to offer a variety of聽Brightspace training options and workshops, ranging from the basics and specific tools to weekly drop-in support hours, where TLS support staff can answer your questions. For access to past workshop recordings check out the聽.
