杏吧原创 University chemistry researcher Yaxi Hu鈥檚 Food Analytical Chemistry and Technology (FACT) Lab is helping us understand what we鈥檙e actually eating. She is developing portable, easy-to-use testing techniques for assessing food safety, quality and authenticity.

驰补虫颈鈥檚 interdisciplinary research program aims at integrating advanced analytical chemistry, nanomaterials, microfluidic 鈥渓ab-on-a-chip鈥 platform, bioinformatics and machine learning to develop the next generation techniques for food analysis and thus to better ensure the food safety, quality and authenticity from farm to fork.
