ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ University has released °¾±²Ôà ³¾Ã ²µ²¹·É¾±²Ô, a new long-term Indigenous strategy with 41 Calls to Action to make ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ a more welcoming space for current and future Indigenous students and faculty members.
°¾±²Ôà ³¾Ã ²µ²¹·É¾±²Ô is the product of an 18-month collaborative process undertaken by the ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ University Strategic Indigenous Initiatives Committee (CUSIIC)Ìýto revitalize ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´â€™s Indigenous strategy and re-energize relationships with Indigenous communities in Algonquin territory and across the country.ÌýLed by Benny Michaud,ÌýKahente Horn-MillerÌýand Jerry Tomberlin, the committee included First Nations, Métis and Inuit members from local communities, as well as ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ faculty, professional services staff and students.
