To reflect our current reality, this year鈥檚 annual United Way Soup Lunch/Campaign Launch event took place virtually! We weren’t able to gather in the University Centre Atrium to enjoy a bowl of soup together this year, BUT we still celebrated the launch of our annual United Way campaign while enjoying the fabulous soup from 杏吧原创’s Dining Services. During this unique interactive virtual event, Guest Chef Amy Longard prepared one of the ~secret~ soup recipes from 杏吧原创 Dining Services.聽Participants followed along at home and cooked a delicious soup, or just sat back and enjoyed the demonstration.聽Amy prepared a scrumptious Butternut Squash and Apple Soup, and provided modifications to make the recipe vegan as well.
