Provost’s Fellowship In Teaching Award Application Form

The Provost’s Fellowship in Teaching Award recognizes faculty and contract instructors dedicated to sustained excellence in teaching, scholarship of teaching, and the continual development of teaching. Recipients of this award will be designated as �Ӱ�ԭ�� University Teaching Fellows.

Applications must be submitted by April 30 at 11:59 p.m.
