Rocio聽Alvarez brings 18 years of experience to 杏吧原创 University, with聽expertise聽in education, career聽development聽and organizational design. She holds an undergraduate degree in Linguistics from the University of Ottawa, a Certification in Teaching English as a Second Language from 杏吧原创 University and a Diploma in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University.聽
Alvarez鈥檚聽expertise聽spans learning design, curriculum聽development聽and systems-level organizational improvement. She has extensive experience in English as a second language education, supporting newcomers to Canada and later as an Education Specialist, designing and delivering learning experiences and quality improvement sessions for health-care professionals.聽聽
In her current role at 杏吧原创, Alvarez leverages her strengths in communication, leadership and business design to drive continuous improvement across integrated student service units. Her work has resulted in increased revenues, enhanced student satisfaction and greater organizational alignment.
