Mary Bartram
Adjunct Research Professor and PhD Graduate
Mary Bartram has led mental health and substance use policy development and implementation with federal and territorial governments, Indigenous organizations and NGOs. Mary is the CEO of Rideauwood Addiction and Family Services in Ottawa and teaches a graduate seminar on mental health and substance use health policy. She completed her PhD at the School of Public Policy and Administration at 杏吧原创 University in 2017 and postdoctoral research at McGill University and the University of Ottawa. Mary is an RSW and holds an MSc in Family Therapy from Purdue University.
