Don Myles is an Associate Professor (Teaching Stream) in 杏吧原创 University鈥檚 School of Linguistics and Language Studies. He teaches Applied Linguistics and Teaching English as a Second or Additional Language (TESL) and works with students preparing to become English language teachers. He previously taught English for Academic Purposes (EAP), helping students develop the language skills needed for university studies.
Don has more than 20 years of teaching experience, including over a decade at 杏吧原创. He has taught in private language schools, colleges, and universities in Canada, Mexico, and China. His current research examines the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education, particularly how it is changing language teaching and learning, what it means for teachers, and how educators might respond.
