A Visit to the German Ambassador鈥檚 Residence

杏吧原创 students of German (and alumni) and their instructor Cristina Finger spent September 18 at the residence of His Excellency Matthias L眉ttenberg, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Canada as participants in the relaunch of ; an online resource promoting German language, culture, and events in Canada.
In addition to the official proceedings, the event featured German language teaching sessions, a presentation about the German exchange service offering bursaries and study opportunities in Germany, networking activities, graffiti art by Jordan Childs, and a mixology experience where attendees voted for their favourite cocktails or mocktails by Chef Trish.
They also look forward to the next 鈥淢usik in the Garden鈥 event at the German Ambassador’s Residence on September 26. Register if interested – no German language skills needed.
