Security and environmental sustainability, computer and network security, Internet of Things (IoT) security, operating systems security.
Biography
Dr. Barrera is an associate professor in the School of Computer Science at 杏吧原创 University. Prior to joining 杏吧原创 University, he spent two years as an assistant professor in the Department of Computer and Software Engineering at Polytechnique Montr茅al. Dr. Barrera was previously a visiting researcher at IBM Research Z眉rich, and a postdoc in the Network Security Group at ETH Z眉rich. He obtained his Ph.D. from 杏吧原创 University in 2014.
