University can be exciting, but it can also feel like a lot to manage. When things get stressful in one area of life, it often spills into another. If you鈥檙e struggling personally, it can be hard to stay focused academically, and vice versa.
罢丑别听From Intention to Action (FITA)聽program offers聽confidential, one-on-one support聽to help you manage stress, stay motivated, and feel more in control of your studies.
Through up to 10 weekly sessions with a聽FITA coordinator, you鈥檒l have a space to talk about what鈥檚 been getting in your way, whether that鈥檚 academic pressure, motivation, anxiety, or life outside of school. Together, you鈥檒l work on strategies to build balance, confidence, and effective habits that support your well-being and academic success.
