AI4Good Lab is accepting applications for the 2022 AI4Good Lab cohort!
Our 7-week machine learning (ML) training program provides education, mentorship, and hands-on project experience to women and people whose genders are underrepresented in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) industry.

- We charge no tuition听听fees ($75 registration fee for accepted applicants only)
- Stipend:
- Every participant receives a stipend of minimum $500

- Location:
- Virtual with possibility of in-person opportunities in Montreal, Edmonton, and/or Toronto
Eligibility:
- Women and gender minorities (2SLGBTQ+ inclusive)
- Valid status to study or work in Canada
- Registered at a post-secondary institution or have recently graduated
- Strong math background, some Python programming experience
- No machine learning experience necessary!
Program summary:
- 4-week machine learning bootcamp with lectures from Canadian AI researchers including Dr. Doina Precup
- Speaker series from top industry professionals, ML researchers, and social good leaders
- 3-week development of ML projects for social good. Participants work in teams and receive mentorship from AI experts
