Do听you听or听someone you know听need assistance due to impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic? The 杏吧原创 University听Students’ Association has implemented a COVID-19 response framework consisting of several new services to better support you – it’s members.

Hardship Fund:听An emergency grant awarded as a one time payment for those experiencing urgent financial need. Expected turnaround is 3 business days.听

Urgent Emergency Support:听For short term immediate or personalized emergency support please complete the听. Expected turnaround is under 24 hours.

Food Centre Hamper Delivery:听The听听provides food-related support to 杏吧原创 students. A hamper delivery option has been added in collaboration with Foot Patrol if you don’t feel comfortable accessing the Food Centre on campus. Resources may be in limited supply. Complete the following听. Expected turnaround is 3 business days.

Walk and Talk phone line听(6 PM 鈥� 2 AM, 7 days a week)*: Give a Foot Patrol volunteer a call at听613-520-4449听if you feel unsafe while walking anywhere, or if you’re bored, lonely, or feel isolated and want someone to talk to.

Walk and Talk texting line听(6 PM 鈥� 2 AM, 7 days a week)**: If you prefer chatting over text and are feeling bored, lonely, or isolated, you can text Foot Patrol at听343-883-8169.

Empower Me:听24/7 tele-counselling support that connects you to a trained crisis counsellor and is available for a variety of situations and issues for all undergraduate students.听1-833-628-5589听|
