SCE Graduate Student Awarded MROO Scholarship
Congratulations – Will Sloan, a Master鈥檚 student in Computer Systems Engineering at 杏吧原创 University, has received a $3,000 scholarship from the Municipal Retirees Organization Ontario (MROO). This marks 杏吧原创鈥檚 third year participating in the program.
Sloan鈥檚 research explores how devices like hearing aids and earbuds can monitor physical health, aiming to help seniors detect issues early and support rehabilitation. The scholarship will allow him to focus on his work over the summer.
