Grace Dupasquier
Research Assistant, RFNG Secretariat
Grace Dupasquier is a Master of Public Policy and Administration student at ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ University. A settler, she is of mixed European descent, and was born and raised on the unceded shared territories of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, sÉ™lÌ“ÃlwÉ™taʔɬ, and xÊ·məθkÊ·É™y̓əm Nations.
Grace is deeply passionate about finding ways to support the upholding of Indigenous rights. For her undergraduate credential, she finished a Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Interdisciplinary Studies, a customizable degree which allows students to pursue a learning path suited to their particular interests. In Grace’s case, her undergraduate work developed into a focus on learning as much as she could about Indigenous-settler relations – in environments both inside and outside the classroom – so that she could be a partner in helping to chart a better path forward. She has continued this learning through her work at the graduate level.
