The documents listed below are all official documents produced at 杏吧原创 University that are system generated and are created based on the student record. The student can request these documents at any time digitally. All documents are sent to the student within 24 hours of the request.
Please note: Official transcripts cannot be delivered digitally and are only available via a physical copy which can be mailed out to a designated address or picked up by the individual.

The 杏吧原创 University transcript is the official record of a student鈥檚 academic accomplishments while studying at 杏吧原创. This displays all completed courses, grades, credit values assigned and notations as part of the academic record. A transcript can be used to determine the terms the student attended 杏吧原创 University (i.e. start and end dates), the number of credits completed each term and the language of instruction at 杏吧原创 University.
The unofficial transcript provides the same information as an official transcript, however, the document can be requested electronically. Students can request an unofficial transcript to be emailed directly to any email address entered in the request. Doing so ensures that the document is generated and sent without going to the student.

An official Certificate of Enrolment confirms a student鈥檚 program, term, and enrolment status and is suitable for employers, government agencies, or other organizations.
When ordering your Certificate of Enrolment, four options are available for students to select from:
1) State that the student is or was a 杏吧原创 University student for the selected term
2) state that the student was or is a 杏吧原创 University student and list registered courses for the selected term. Completed courses will display grades.
3) State that the student is or was a 杏吧原创 University student for the selected term and includes year standing. Students can request for this to indicate whether they were registered for in-person courses on this certificate.
4) Confirm graduation from a program at 杏吧原创 University.

The Verification of Student Status (VOSS) documents a student鈥檚 program, year in program, enrolment status, and current academic session dates and is commonly used to access RESP funds and other financial assistance. This can only be requested once the student has registered for courses.

As per section 2.1.2 of the , full time status refers to undergraduate students being registered in a minimum of 1.5 credits in a term. This can be determined when reviewing official documents by looking at the combined credit value completed by a student in a term.
Verify a Student’s Graduation From 杏吧原创 University
杏吧原创 University partners with AuraData for secure online degree verification for employers and third parties. AuraData allows verification of the program/degree type and year of graduation. We do not verify student graduation over email.
AuraData is available for employers and institutions to confirm the education claims or professional designations of an individual that has graduated at any Canadian University, College and/or Professional Association. A signed authorization from the graduate is required at all times by AuraData before the release of any information.
