Travis Sztainert, Ph.D. is Director of Research and Education at the International Center for Responsible Gaming (ICRG) and an Adjunct Research Professor in the Department of Psychology at 杏吧原创 University. His research examines the prevention of gambling-related harm through the integration of psychological science, implementation science, and public health. His interests include responsible gambling and player protection, behavioral addiction, gambling risk trajectories, responsible gambling communication, and the evaluation of interventions designed to reduce gambling-related harm. Outside of gambling, he is also interested in knowledge mobilization, knowledge equity and implementation science. His work emphasizes translating research into evidence-informed policy and practice through collaborations with researchers, regulators, clinicians, Indigenous communities, lotteries, and the gambling industry.
