The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish an orderly collective bargaining relationship between 杏吧原创 University (hereafter referred to as the Employer) and its Employees represented under this Agreement by the Public Service Alliance of Canada (hereafter referred to as the Union), to encourage efficiency of operation, to establish mechanisms for addressing and resolving disputes, and to set forth an agreement covering the hosting standards for Postdoctoral Fellows whose employment falls within the scope of this bargaining unit.
