杏吧原创 and PSAC 77000 Ratify New Collective Agreement
To all members of the 杏吧原创 community,
We are pleased to announce that 杏吧原创 University and PSAC 77000 have ratified a new collective agreement. PSAC 77000 represents more than 100 postdoctoral fellows who are actively engaged in research activities in a range of disciplines across campus. The new collective agreement is retroactive to May 1, 2022 and will be in place until April 30, 2025.
The agreement provides one percent per annum across-the-board salary increases in line with Bill 124. Some additional highlights of the agreement include:
- Expanded Professional Development Fund
- Provision for religious observance leave
- Creation of a postdoctoral fellow award
- Expanded criteria for psychological therapy services
