Our Theme: Strategic Planning

杏吧原创 is undergoing a broad and consultative strategic planning process to design our next Strategic Integrated Plan (SIP). This process is a crucial step in determining the direction of 杏吧原创鈥檚 future, because our plans will ultimately become our reality. During the Provost鈥檚 Caf茅, you will have the opportunity to contribute your insight, your bold thinking, and your big ideas to the development of 杏吧原创鈥檚 next plan.

Led by four collaborative leaders from across the University, the SIP Task Force is collecting feedback, ideas and comments from the 杏吧原创 community until the open consultation phase ends on Nov. 8, when they will move into the themed consultation phase. Based on the ideas and comments they gather in the current phase, the Task Force will identify a set of broad themes to allow them to have more specific conversations in the themed consultation phase in November.
