Gouin Appointed Executive Director of Le CAP

Rachel Gouin has been appointed executive director of Le centre de pr茅vention et d鈥檃ppui (Le CAP). The organization provides mental health, addition, and other therapeutic services to the francophone community in Ontario.

Gouin holds a master鈥檚 in political management from the Clayton H. Riddell Graduate Program in Political Management at 杏吧原创 University and a PhD in education from McGill University. Before moving to Le CAP, she worked as executive director of the Child Welfare League of Canada and as director of research and public policy for BGC Canada.

Gouin credits the Riddell Program for improving her government relations skills. 鈥淚 became a more effective lobbyist, securing millions of dollars to improve health, education, and employment outcomes for children and youth in Canada.鈥
