Professor Azzi, who teaches the Riddell program’s course on prime ministerial leadership,聽told host Philip Till that successful leaders combined certain聽inherited traits with learned skills. Great leaders are intelligent, self-confident, and determined. They聽are able to manage cabinets, caucuses, and parties, and display both聽strong political intuition and personal聽integrity.
